Orders may be placed only via on-line store. Email orders won’t be accepted.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. Simply, choose you country from the list in "Cart" section when proceeding your order. Please state your desired address in every order. Promised delivery day depends on operator and it’s usually up to 12 working days. We don't take responsibility for any delays. If you can't see your country on the list, please contact our Customer Service.
What are the costs for shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling costs for international orders depend on the weight of parcel/quantity of ordered items. Read more here. Cost of delivery will be calculated automatically in your cart.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by PayPal and credit card via PayPal service. We're waiting for your payment 3 working days. After this period unpaid order will be cancelled.
What has to be done, if ordered items do not satisfy or fit?
You can return all items within 14 days. Earlier please contact us for instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org as well to check availability sizes for exchange or inform us that you want to return purchased goods. In case of return or exchange you will be charged with postage fee.
